Skyline provides Professional Workforce Solutions.  Our customers include the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Emergency Planning Services, U.S. Army’s Installation Management Command, the National Guard Bureau, and the U.S. Department of Interior’s Bureau of Indian Affairs. Skyline has provided assistance in meeting standards set by Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) including Subject Matter Experts, Program Managers, Consultants and Statisticians.  Skyline is also able to assist with functions associated with the implementation of the Financial Business Management System (FBMS).
